I couldn't wait another moment to share at least one of my favorites from Neil and Amelia's wedding yesterday!

The day went off with out a hitch, the ceremony was magnificent and heartfelt, the weather was INCREDIBLE, and Glen Echo Park was the perfect back drop to kick of the newly married celebration.

A big big congratulations to Neil and Amelia.

I heard today of the death of Civil Rights photographer Charles Moore.

Sadly I knew little about Charles Moore the man, but knew of him through his amazing photography work of the 1950s and 60s.

It's a sad day, the world has lost one of it's true photojournalists, but I am humbled by his work which is a gift to our nation. His passion for documenting what was happening in is own back yard has given us a stunning visual record of what we went through at a country during such a volatile time.
